Anna, Adam and I do lots of trekking on a weekly basis, so we have decided to do a walk of a 28 mile challenge from Louth to Lincoln within a day for the Dementia UK charity early this July. This will take approximately just under 10 hours give or take.

The story behind us is that Anna works both as a full-time carer on a specialised Dementia unit and I used to, so we have seen the struggles that the patients go through everyday. Our aim as carers is to enrich their lives and support them on a person-centered approach, where everyday is different. We have also seen this in our personal lives, where our loved ones have been taken from this horrible disease.

We both appreciate your support and kindness throughout of this. All the frontline workers do an amazing job day in and day out to look after vulnerable people. We don't just want to do it because we enjoy walking, but we want to also raise awareness and achieve something. ❤
