Dear Frieds and Colleagues,

I am running in the London 10K again this year in celebration of the life and memory of Karen Sheridan. Karen died tragically from an epileptic attack at just 26 years of age.

I am running to raise funds to train a dog who will provide vital support to an epileptic sufferer, during an attack, when they are unsupervised.

My own recent experience has helped me to understand how important it is to have someone by your side;  when you are vulnerable and depend on the actions of others for support.

The training of a dog will make a difference between life or death for someone. I hope you will join in supporting me to make a difference.

  All donations will be hugely appreciated and I look forward to making this years' London 10K my personal best.
