On my training calendar green means I did the sessions close to plan, orange means I was a bit out and red means I missed the sessions.

For the last few weeks there is too much red!

I've decided that for the remaining 6 weeks leading up to my next 10k race I'm going to charge myself £2 every time I miss a session. On race day I'll then pay whatever the total is to Gap.

Now, I don't want to miss many so this hopefully won't be much, but I'm hoping you'd like to offer a positive incentive and donate £1 (or more...) for every week I manage to get all green?
