Story
Over the last 3-4 years I have taken part in or organised charity events, this year i've organised Miles for Charlie. Local lad Charlie Creaser (aged 11) was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 13 months old affecting all 4 limbs, this is more predominant in his legs. Surgery & aftercare will cost £36,000, the charity has managed to raise just under £30,000 so far, so I'll be pushing on to add as much as I possibly can to that.
So over 4 weekends I'll be taking part in different challenges all of which are to help raise money towards Charlie's SDR Journey.
Here's what I'll be doing;
Saturday 30th April - Cycling 100 miles in a day
Friday 6th May - Cycling the C2C (Whitehaven to Roker)
Saturday 14th May - Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge
Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd May - Keswick Mountain Festival
If anyone would like to donate any amount however big or small, it would be massively appreciated!
