..So, I am back fit again and 2018 - my 40th year is also the year I am Raising money for MIND - The mental Health Charity.
As you’d expect with me, I don’t like to do things simple...... Instead of just one thing, I have decided to put a bit of pressure on myself and do a number of different challenges .... my way!
I will be doing;
•MAY 19th - OLD COUNTY TOPS FELL RACE: 36miles/10000ft ascent : DONE!
•JUNE - Run 150miles (240km)/Climb 50,000ft (15,250m) in The Month of June : DONE!
•JULY 14th - KELLAN GROUP hike up SNOWDON - I aim to do it atleast TWICE in the time the rest of the office do it once! (Less than 6hrs) (Atleast 16miles/5000ft ascent) DONE!
•JULY 21st - ‘100 miles : The Oldham Way’ - target time of 24-30hours to do a constant running/plodding 100miles/13500ft ascent : DONE!
•AUG 7th - ‘The Client Visit Ultra Marathon’ - Run around 18 clients in 1 working day; at least a photo in each location with client : 50miles : DONE!
•SEPT 22nd - Mt. SNOWDON GB ULTRA 50 - 54miles/14,500ft ascent : DONE!
