We know that last year was a year like no other and the impact it has had on everyone's mental and physical well being. This January, we are raising money for TASC, The Ambulance Staff Charity taking on the first UK wide Blue Light Get Active Challenge, a month-long campaign to get active and boost our physical and mental wellbeing as well as raise funds for the hardworking Ambulance community in the UK. Ambulance services provide emergency response, support volunteer community first responders, provide patient transport services, and are right at the core of every community across the land.
