Here we go again! During the first week of July 2023 I will be riding from home in the northwest to Holyhead where I will board a ferry to Dublin. Day 2 I will ride to Belfast and board a ferry to Stranraer. Day 3 will be a ride to Carlisle and finally, Day 4 will be Carlisle to home.

That will be the 5 countries of the UK and Ireland in just 4 days - an average of 110miles per day, unsupported, with all my essentials carried with me. Please #giveAquid where you can! Thanks so much!
