So, my big brother Rich was diagnosed with MND this year. Google it and you will quickly realise how shit that it is. The worse I would suggest. Seems like that’s not much we can do. So inspired by both Kevin Sinfields 7 in 7 run and that Rich is ( was 😔)  such a magnificent athlete, I am going to fill my time by running 7 miles a day for 7 days from this Friday ( 18th Dec) .Finishing on Christmas Eve .  Mostly dressed as Santa , sometimes dressed in honour of Hatton Parks Homer Simpson.
