Gareth and Carris are taking part in a number of challenges in 2023 to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK. These will consist of Gareth completing the 180km Tour DU Mont Blanc, Carris taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon and us both completing the 2023 Rhossili Sunset Trek, Swansea Bay 10k & finishing off by climbing the three peaks of Great Britain - Snowdon, Scafell Pike & Ben Nevis.
