It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Gareth Challenger of Porth, Wales. An amazing Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Uncle and Friend. A person cherished by everyone who knew him.

Part of the rugby community, he refereed throughout the 70s and it’s been a part of his life ever since. So many lifelong friends, acquaintances and memories made.

We hope to raise money in his memory for Macmillan Cancer Support to show our gratitude for the respectful and attentive care received in the last days of his life.
