Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As Oscar Wilde once said;

'Moderation is a fatal thing. Nothing succeeds like excess'

So with my annual ‘New Year, New Me' mantra, despite not owning a pair of trainers and not running for well over a decade, I found myself signing up to a half marathon and the big one, the London Marathon.

Once I got over my week long hangover, I went for a run and kind of enjoyed it...7 weeks later I had completed my first ever ½ marathon on home ground in Anglesey and on the 28th of April I will be attempting the London Marathon.

So the big challenge is in front of me. I have drastically cut back on the stuff that's not good for me and am trying to be dedicated to a cleaner, healthier lifestyle... for most of the week at least and I guess I am enjoying it.

The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability is enabling me to complete my own personal challenge, in doing so I need to raise £1800 for them

Please help me in supporting them in meeting the complex needs of people with profound disabilities arising from brain injury. Your money will go to providing specialist equipment, wraparound care and services to enhance the quality of life for our patients and their families.
