The 4th December 2019 would have been my Mum's 80th Birthday.  

To commemorate this, I will be attempting to run a minimum of 3 miles every day for a whole year.

This will also include what would have been my Dad's 80th birthday on the 1st September 2020, on this day my target is to be at mile 1,024 my Dad's North Wales Police number. 

I am also attempting this challenge in memory of Geoffrey Isaacs, one of my best friends Dads who we lost during the summer, and Janette McCarthy, a work colleague who lost a very brave battle against Cancer earlier this year. 

There are lots of reason why they are all missed by so many.
