RZSS is a conservation charity with a mission to connect people with nature and safeguard species from extinction. We care for the animals in our own Edinburgh Zoo and Highland Wildlife Park, along with carrying out vital conservation work and research that saves endangered animals from extinction.

Story

After visiting the Highland Wildlife Park last year, Hamish Webber, from Gargunnock Primary wanted to raise money to help endangered species at the centre. He was excited to see the new born polar bear cub and went home thinking of ways he could raise some money. He decided to combine his love for origami to see if his fellow classmates would join the challenge to see how many origami animals they could fold in one hour.
