Hi Everyone,

We (Alia, Sarah and I) have decided to take on a huge challenge...the 3 peaks of England, Scotland and Wales.

As some of you know, I love taking on challenges like running the London Marathon, bike riding to Brighton and tough mudder but this will be my biggest challenge ever...

And Sarah enjoys trekking, having last conquered Rakaposhi in the Himalayas with Alia in 2017, the 27th highest mountain.

Our good friend Alia inspired us to do this challenge. She was seriously ill in 2018 and has had a new lease of life.

We are also doing this to raise funds and awareness for dementia, which is close to our hearts as Sarah’s mum was diagnosed with this a few years ago.

I also have had family and friends diagnosed with this, including my best friend's Mum.

Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow & Brent have been brilliant and a special thanks goes out to physiotherapist Lucy Andrews for all her help, patience and kindness.

We would be very grateful if you can support us and we would like to thank you in advance for all your support, appreciation and any donations, no matter how big or small. It all helps.

We are very excited and looking forward to our challenge.

This will test our fitness levels so we are hoping that our training and positive attitudes will pull us through.
