I am a 59 year old veteran and I have been fundraising for 8 years in aid of H4H. This year I want to hit my long term goal of raising over 100 thousand pounds to help service men and women who are supported by Help For Heroes. To date I have raised £80,530 and I want to go all out with your help to get over the 100k mark this year.

I feel that our armed forces personnel make sacrifices every single day, and anything WE can do to give back to those who have given so much is important. So much so that I will be running 268 miles in 18 days from Chavasse House Colchester to Phoenix House in Catterick.

I will be covering on average 15 miles every day and I would love to see you on the route if you would like to join me to run a section.

will  be posting details of my route on fb.me/garrisongallop where you can keep up with all the news about the upcoming run and stay in touch with me about getting involved and hopefully joining me for a while if you can.
