Another 10k completed. Its now less than 3 weeks until the Edinburgh half marathon!

Longest run of the year so far 21.2km in a new PB of 1:58:21. Just under 4 weeks now to the Edinburgh half marathon!

Trimmed a bit more off 5 and 10k pb's. 5k now 26:56 and 10k 53:54

Ran a 10 mile in under 1hour 30 yesterday.

Just done another 11k run. That's 22k for the week so far.

The Year was 1986, the place Mexico and one man was about to awaken my interest in football, that man was Bobby Robson.

Now 26 years later and I'm in a position to give something back to the legacy that the great man himself started back in March 2008.

I will be running the Edinburgh Half Marathon on Sunday 27th May and I will be running to raise funds for The Sir Bobby Robson Foundation.

I would like everyone I know to make a donation to this very worthwhile cause and I know with the support from my Friends and Family they will help me to make it my target of £500.
