Story
I am joining Ramesh's Challenge18 appeal, which is a team event with friends from my golf club, Enville.
We’ve joined together to raise money for Help Harry Help Others #Challenge18 appeal.
We are 18 friends walking 18 miles then playing 18 holes of golf and we are looking to raise £18,000 in doing so, to support the excellent ongoing work of the HHHO Charity, to Help Cope, Help Care and Help Cure.
Your donation can really help us smash this goal.
Harry Moseley would have been 18 years old this year. Harry Moseley was an incredibly brave boy who sadly lost his battle with cancer on 8th October 2011.
Please read below to find out about Harry and why he started his campaign in his own words;
“My name is Harry, I’m 11 years old and I have an inoperable brain tumour. When my friend Robert Harley became ill because of his brain tumour I set up my campaign Help Harry Help Others.
I started making and selling beaded bracelets to raise money for brain tumour research. Sadly Robert, aged just 55, died shortly after I started my campaign but I am determined to continue in his memory. That’s why I’ve started my campaign, so that the whole of the UK can wear one of my bracelets and help raise money to help others."
