Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As many of you may know the Endeavour school is a school very close to my heart. So when the school approached me asked to raise money for their learning to cycle project what better way for raising money than cycling 100miles for such a worthy cause. For those of you that don’t know The Endeavour school is a local school for young people aged 5-19, who have learning disabilities and/or complex needs. These include but not limited to ADD, ADHD, Hearing impairments, slight impairments and physical disabilities.
Both myself and my Dad Evan will be taking on the challenge of Ride London (Essex) and will be cycling 100 miles to help raise money for the Endeavour Schools cycling project. All money raised will be used to purchase bikes for the students in key stage 4&5 so they can learn to ride a bike. Many of the students have never learned to ride a bike and the school feel that it would fit in with their culture of trying to prepare them for life after school. Many of the students will struggle passing their driving test due to the theory test and being able to ride a bike will enable them to get around and open a whole new avenue of opportunities in life after school.
So please whatever you can spare however big or small every penny is going to count
Thanks for reading my story
Love Garth and Evan
