Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I wanted to do something MAD, in memory of my father who was also a keen cyclist. A group of friends and I will be attempting to cycle the 240 mile Transpenine Way in 3 days starting on 7/6/2012.
Sadly, my father passed away in 2007 from Scleroderma which has no cure as yet. Awareness of this cruel disease is quite low and your donoations will go some way to helping other sufferers.
Those who knew my father would know that he would have been the first to do something crazy like this! He had a great passion for... practically everything! Especially his family, friends, cycling, surfing, bonsai, making lists, apple pies and generally being outdoors. He is sorely missed.
