Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support.  My best friend of almost 40 years died suddenly at the end of May 2022 from a massive heart attack.  B was a very good friend,  godfather to my children and an honorary member of our family.  We had both taken up running in the past few years in an attempt to get a bit fitter and lighter in a vain attempt to stave off old age.  Sadly  B will be forever young...ish so in his memory, and to raise money for the British Heart Foundation, I have decided to enter the GNR, something B would never have considered.  Hopefully you will give a donation.
