As everyone knows that our mental health can suffer at any moment in our lives and depression really doesn’t care if you’re rich or poor or tall or short! I’m trying to raise money for my small team that I work in to help fund Mind and our services to help the community who nay be suffering with a mental health issue! We doing great work but we are only a charity and would very much appreciate any donations to our team ‘Carers in Mind’ we support those who are supporting a loved one going through a mental health crisis!
