Story

Some time ago, in a moment of madness, I ( a novice cyclist at best) agreed to cycle from Tunbridge Wells to Amsterdam, to raise money for the Spinal Injuries Association ( the 'SIA').

I became involved with the SIA through providing legal representation to clients with spinal cord injuries. The SIA is a user-led charity which provides invaluable support and advice to people with spinal cord injuries and their loved ones.

On 15 May, 2015, a group of us will cycle over 3 days from Tunbridge Wells to Amsterdam (346km, excl the ferry crossing/ coach trip from Dover to Tilburg) with the route taking in the famously mountainous region of South West Holland (?!).

I have bought all the gear ( incl bike,  silly looking helmet, ,even sillier looking bright yellow jacket, padded shorts and E45 cream [trust me you don't want to know!]  ) and am now in training 3-4 days per week. So.........................................................................

1. Please form an orderly queue ladies!; and

2. Your kind donation would be very much appreciated .

Many thanks,

Gary
