Martin House Children's Hospice provides vital care to help children and young people with a life-limiting condition, along with their families, to live well and fully, offering the best possible end of life care and support to the family in bereavement.

Story

On Sunday March 27th 2016 I completed my longest run ever, a 100km / 62.5 mile Run from Sowerby Bridge to Manchester AND BACK along the canal bank in just over 12 hours! This ranked amongst the toughest things I have done.

Sunday September 18th I will be completing in the Ladybower Ultra which is a 50.9 mile run around the Derwent and Ladybower waters in the Peak District. Training is well underway for this event and have been working hard putting the miles in to prepare myself once again for the difficult challenge the race will bring.

November 2016 - In Memory of Super Jake Booth I will for the 4th time run the 33 miles between the two hospices that cared for him so well.....The Martin House Hospice, Boston Spa and The Forget Me Not Hospice, Huddersfield. Feel free to join me and Joel Booth (Jakes Dad) for some or all of this cheeky run.

The charities I am supporting this year are The Forget Me Not Childrens Hospice, Huddersfield and Martin House Hospice, Boston Spa and for the first time Overgate Hospice, Elland.

Thank you all once again for your support and any donations you can kindly spare. x
