I'm #GettingActive for 30 minutes every day in July to improve my own mental wellbeing and to raise vital funds for Dorset Mind.
We all have had a tough year with lock downs which brings its own problems to our lives. A lot of people do not talk about mental health or think it’s important.
A lot of people suffer from anxiety and depression about things in there lives which in turn gives extra stress . Sometimes they do not know where to go and get help or talk to someone, which is where Dorset mind helps find the right support for people.
We all know somebody who has the symptoms above and I know I do my self and people close to me.
So if you can give a donation no matter how small, I would be very grateful and so would Dorset mind!
