Because of our volunteers and donors, families and individuals in the low-to-moderate income range who partner with Habitat for Humanity-Spokane, can achieve the dream of affordable homeownership. They help build their own home alongside hundreds of volunteers and get to purchase their home when it's complete, paying no more than 30% of their income on their mortgage.
