Having taken on a London to Paris Challenge in 2017 and after not riding my bike much in the last 2 years, I'll be getting back in the saddle!

On 12th September, I will be taking on the Prologis 100 Cycle Challenge!

This is a one day cycle challenge and I will be taking on the 100-mile route. In ONE day! The route is in and around the Malvern Hills and Tewkesbury, so there will be some undulation to say the least!

I'd like to raise a small amount of money of Mind, the Mental Health Charity, because good mental health is really important to live a happy life.
