This year I shall be running my 8th Great North Run.  Each year I raise money for a good cause and this year I shall be raising money for St John Ambulance.  My wife has volunteered for St John for many years and it is a great organisation which provides valuable support and service.  I would appreciate any donation you can provide to this worthy cause.  Many thanks, Gary.
