10 years ago we lost Nat to Bowel Cancer at just 30 years of age and I will never forget the amazing care her and the family received from the Macmillan team.

I've always wanted to do something to raise funds, but having the dodgiest of dodgy knees means running a marathon is out of the question. So on the 8th September I will be participating in the All Out 2K Swim challenge at Letchworth Outdoor Pool to raise money to go towards the continued fantastic work and care given by Macmillan.

More recently a friend of mine also passed away, so this is for you too Weasel.
