We are powered by people. We’re here to find a cure and improve lives, together.

Story

You’ll never swim, run or ride alone!

My 2023 challenges will, once again, aim to raise funds and awareness for Parkinson’s U.K. .

Every £ raised will be matched by the Z Zurich Foundation , with funds going to Terres Des Hommes, supporting mental well-being for children who have been made refugees and forced to flee the awful conflict in Ukraine.

In March, I swam the 4k from St Kitts to Nevis with Steve McAvoy.

In April, I ran marathons in Newport, Paris and Madrid with Mike Shaughnessy, Andy Tucker and Team AEFAT

In May, we cycled from Liverpool to Ukraine with a brilliant team

In June , I joined other Parkinson’s cyclists to go from Brighton to Barcelona for the World Parkinson’s Congress

The second half of the year looks likely to include 2 marathons, an Olympic Triathlon and an attempt to re-claim our 12 hour 3 legged world record which has been broken in August!

Thank you for all your support

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.
