In memory of my friends mum who sadly lost her fight against cancer last year, her sons and a group of friends ,The Gail Force 10, are cycling an amazing 1000 miles in 6 days from John O Groats to Lands End.

In support of their challenge and the charities amazing work in the fight against cancer, I'm joining them to ride the last leg from Taunton to lands end which is approximately 160 miles. So please dig deep and donate what you can and help this worthwhile cause.
