The Pro Shop team at Harrogate golf club are taking on a 10k running challenge. The team includes Gary, Lewis, Angus & George. We are all novice runners and building ourselves up for 10k in a few weeks time. 

Gary has run 10k a few times but has the disadvantage of being double the age of the the other 3. The other 3 are young and fit but have they got the stamina??!!

To comply with government guidelines we will be doing the 10k challenge individually from our own houses at 9am Sunday 26th April and training as part of our daily exercise.

We wanted to do our bit towards helping our local NHS hospital, whilst trying to get fitter during lockdown.

There is also a bit of a competition between us all-who will get the fastest time and have bragging rights once we are back at work!
