We fund research and provide support to anyone affected by breast cancer.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

When I run this Marathon in April it will be nearly three years since Cath was diagnosed with triple positive breast cancer and Breast Cancer Now helped with invaluable support throughout the rough time of treatment.

Reassuring specialist nurses on the end of the phone, the Someone Like Me program and courses like Moving Forward all help to make dealing with this horrible disease bearable.

Plus all the research they are constantly working on for primary breast cancer contributed to Cath's successful treatment and it is reassuring to know that if the unthinkable should happen they are continuously looking for ways to develop better treatments and improve quality of life for secondary breast cancer.

I realise times are tough but if anyone can support what I am doing and give a very small amount it all helps anyone, male or female, unfortunate enough to go thru breast cancer. So a big thank you.
