Cancer has touched many of our lives at some point and I'm no different. I have friends who lost the battle, won their battle and are currently fighting their battle. This is my way of helping and supporting, over the last 12 months I've been building up from 5k increasing distance as I go. I run to chase my demons so I thought 'why not support a great cause like Macmillan whilst do. 

Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without our help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs them.
