It's that time of year again.. So I'm raising money for ABF, The Soldiers' Charity who provide vital support to soldiers, veterans and their families in times of need. For Soldiers. For Life.

I'll be completing the Yorkshire Three Peaks in aid of The Army Benevolent Fund, to help them help our soldiers and their families and repay a little of what they give. 

£1000 is a tall order but if I can manage to pass it before the end of the challenge I will shave my head  at the finish line.

The date is 25th September I am being joined by the YAS NHS Trust, Command And Resilience Education team who are doing the same challenge only for their individual charities.
