We provide supported housing, counselling for both adults and children, mental health training and signposting. We serve South East and Central Essex helping support the local community with their mental health. We are affiliated to the National Mind charity however we are financially independent.

Story

In order to raise awareness about mental health, ENS spouses, Gary and Dave, are embarking on an epic 52-mile bike ride from London to Southend on Sunday, September 12th 2021. 

Throughout an unprecedented 2020 South East and Central Essex Mind (SECE Mind) have provided outstanding resources and support to people in need. 

If you're passionate about mental health, or just want to contribute to an outstanding cause, everything we raise here will contribute to the phenomenal work happening at SECE Mind.
