There have been many amazing testimonials to Gary Elden
and rightly so.

My Gary story started 22 years ago - As soon as I met Gary I
was blown away by his energy, charisma, humour, confidence and passion for
the business and knew that if I could convince him to give me a job he was
someone I had to work for.  Convince him I did – and he then took me
on a journey that I never thought was possible and like so many others I will
always be grateful to him.

In its 33 years no one has had a bigger impact on SThree –
he drove diversification, international growth, new models and of course
inclusivity and diversity reflected by his OBE.  Gary has always wanted to
give something back hence his passion for CSR – here are some of the
highlights.

• Gary has driven our CSR activity to raise over
  £1.2m

• Through his support over 6,242 young people have
  been positively impacted

• Gary has attend events, talks and lunches with
  hundreds of young people sharing his story and offering advice

He also as you all know has a massive passion for Stem and
is passionate about getting young people from all environments involved.

I was with him recently and told him that knowing him as I
do that I would not be asking you all to donate to a present for him but that I
would arrange a dress down day for the Aleto Foundation (Gary has worked with
this organisation for a number of years.  The foundation specialises in
providing once in a lifetime opportunities for young people with high potential
who historically found it challenging to access jobs due to their backgrounds.)
