I spent a day with Heart of England Mencap in December to help arrange their Christmas party, and they're such amazing people that I'm going to run 40 miles (offroad) on 3rd April in the Coventry Way Challenge to raise some well-deserved funds for them.  They'd like to buy some amateur radio equipment, and if I raise £1500 it should be enough to buy everything they need to get started - how cool would that be??  So please give generously - I'm trying to beat 8 hours which has got to be worth a few quid!  Thank you.
