A massive congratulations to Jeff and Russ. What an amazing achievement they've accomplished! Well done lads, I really enjoyed walking with you yesterday. Our walk was a very enjoyable and humbling experience. 

The 56 I walked with were all top people. Thanks for your company. We managed to get Russ and Jeff across the line a bit early. 

No bodily malfunctions here - in good shape a day later but only just dried out.
