Phillip Michael Burford was a Respiratory Therapist employed at Good Samaritan, Phoenix Children's & St. Joseph's Hospitals before passing away on February 21, 2004 at the age of 56. 
Phillip was born in Joliet, IL, and made Arizona his home in 1970. He was a also U.S. Air Force Veteran.
