Story
Foothold is an organisation with a 130 year-long history of supporting engineers and their families. At Gattaca, we help engineering and tech companies find the talent they need to do their best work. This means that the invaluable work undertaken by Foothold directly impacts the people who make up our STEM communities.
This formed a key part of our collaboration with them a year ago when we came together to fundraise in aid of a digital wellbeing hub.
This year, we're moving 'til it hertz to raise additional funds to continue supporting our STEM communities!
Our company-wide Gattaca challenge starts on 1 May 2022 and runs for the entire month. Together, we will make a real difference to the STEM communities we serve, aiming to raise £10,000 and cover the enormous 17,357 miles of distance between our global offices.
Together, our teams and their families pledge to cover as many miles as we can, by running, walking, cycling, swimming, or even scooting to fundraise for engineers in need. Please give what you can for this amazing cause.
Gattaca helps companies realise their full people potential, providing outsourced staffing solutions and recruitment services to those operating in the engineering and technology markets. The Gattaca group of companies consists of a number of specialist recruitment brands including Matchtech (engineering), Resourcing Solutions (rail & the built environment), Networkers (technology), Barclay Meade (professional services) and Alderwood (skills & employability training).
