So I’ve decided as I’m quickly approaching the big 40 it’s time to make some big changes and to get fit!

I’ve taken on the huge challenge of Ironman 70.3 in July 2023, raising as much money as I can for a good friends charity that supports local families. The charity Active for Autism is fantastic non-profitable charity which helps children with Autism providing support, private therapy sessions, specialist equipment and toys. The work that they do is simply amazing and I would really love to raise as much money as I can!

Those that know me well know just how much of a massive task this going to be for me! I haven’t exercised for many years, I am unable to swim and I am carrying a few too many pounds!

My couch to Ironman 70.3 challenge starts now with training in full swing! Its going to be tough, it’s going to take a lot of commitment but I know I can and will do it with your support! The challenge of a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride and a 13.1 mile run… BRING IT ON!
