It has always been an ambition of mine to complete this cycle ride - 100 miles per day for 9 days.  So, when Helen mentioned she was getting a cycling team together to do this extreme ride for charity I was straight on board!

She is a trustee of this amazing charity called 'Kicking Off'.  The charity aims to provide money to rebuild a much needed medical facility and a new school for 100s of families in Ghana.

I want to give something back so I am funding the whole trip myself; every penny donated goes to the charity. I don't often ask, as I know everyone gets approached frequently for sponsorship, but if you can please give a few pounds or more it will make a big difference.
