In memory of my Dad who we lost to cancer,  I would like to raise money for the specialist palliative care unit in Bridgend, who provided my family with heart felt care and support through the toughest of times. Dad was always my biggest supporter travelling the country to watch my events, he always encouraged me with taking on new challenges. So, on July 16th, 2022 I will be taking on my biggest ever challenge by running 100 miles from Rhossili Bay to Cardiff Bay at the Dragon 100. Please help me raise funds for a very worthy cause, any donations would be appreciated and act as an inspiration to me.
