This October, I'm taking on the 100 Miles in October challenge in support of the National Autistic Society.

This charity is very close to our hearts as we have two beautiful grandsons, who shall be 5 on Boxing Day and who are teaching us to live in their world of autism. I am hoping that Louie, one of my grandsons shall be joining me on the journey as we often go for long walks together ... him leading the way

The National Autistic Society supports the 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families through specialist schools, campaigning for better rights and services, and helping organisations become more autism friendly. Their work is transforming lives and changing attitudes every day.
