I have decided that I would like to complete the ultimate 1 day event, the Iron Man.

This will not come until 2016 so the aim for 2015 is to complete a half distance Iron Man (70.3 miles of swimming, cycling & running!)

I have decided to raise some money for charity whilst taking part in the Staffordshire  70.3 Iron Man event in June 2015.

The charity has provided free cleft surgery to children in over 87 countries.

I will be keeping my facebook feed updated with key training sessions in the run up to the event so please keep an eye out on my progress.
