Hi everyone,

Am I having a mid-life crisis, potentially.  Is this going to be the hardest thing I've ever done, probably.  With that in mind though, I've been given an opportunity to run the 2020 London Marathon for a great charity in the NSPCC. 

I've always been an advocate of the NSPCC.  As a father of 3 children I strive to provide the best start in life they could ask for, ensuring they are surrounded with a safe and loving environment.  The flip side of that, is that I appreciate there are a lot of children out there unfortunately, for whatever reason, don't always get that same level of care and affection.  The work that the NSPCC do to give as many children the best possible start in life is invaluable.  Its my absolute pleasure to fundraise for this charity while also achieving a great personal goal for myself in running the London Marathon.

So please, if you are in a position to give a few £££'s then please donate, even if its just to see the post event photos of my pain and anguish.
