Anyone who knows me will know that cancer research has always been a charity close to my heart. Running the race for life is something I've wanted to do since losing my dad to cancer in 2006, and even more so since losing my amazing Nanna Bet to it just last summer. 

The last push to finally do this has come in the form of my work friend Gemma. She's only just turned 17, and has been diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. She is the absolute last person to deserve to go through this, and so myself, Shelley & Smita are running to support her, as we all work together and Team Hawkins refuses to let our lovely Gem suffer alone.
