1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem and in the current circumstances more and more people will face a struggle through fear, anxiety, depression. The feeling of being alone and the constant battle cope.

MIND is one of a number of UK charities that provide vital support and coping mechanisms to service users. Due to COVID19 more people are accessing the essential services provided by MIND.
