Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
This is in memory of my beloved dad who unfortunately passed away on the 20th November 2013.
He was an amazingly strong man who despite having a massive heart attack and cardiac arrest in August managed to survive another 3 months before ultimately succumbing to another heart attack that he was just not able to beat.
He was a fighter, and a inspirational man, he has left behind a whole family of fighters with his beautiful wife, his 6 children Sons.Charlie, Faz, mahmood, Ejaz and daughter Kalsoom.4 daughter-in-laws, 1 son-in-law, 20 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He was the heart and soul of our family and taught us how to live life to the fullest. Everyone and anyone could go to him to ask for support or advice and he would always give it with a smile on his face.
He was a proud man, who worked all his life to provide for his family. We were never without anything despite all his difficulties. We are still in a state of shock that he is no longer with us and its quite surreal that I am actually writing about my dad. He was one of those men that you thought would live forever.
As his youngest daughter, I have been through a particulary tough time in my life but I was not alone. He was there from day 1 and he was a very big part of all of our lives. My dad can never be replaced he was one of a kind! He has left himself in all of us hopefully we will be able to continue to make him proud.
I love him and miss him so so much and if I can raise money for the British Heart Foundation and it helps save even one life, then that would be the greatest honour to my Dad's memory who was a big fan of helping others.
