Thanks for visiting my fundraising web page.
I'm fortunate enough to have received a place in this years London Marathon and as a result I'm now pounding the tarmac in training for the big event.
Whilst I fulfill a long term ambition to complete the Marathon, it is also an opportunity to raise funds for charity. The Pain Relief Foundation is a charity that my family and I support in memory of my late father in law, Peter Graves.
The Pain Relief Foundation is a UK charity which funds research into the causes and treatment of human chronic pain accross a spectrum of illnesses. Through the twin twin functions of teaching and research The Pain Relief Foundation works to alleviate chronic pain and to find improved methods for treating chronic pain.
The Pain Relief Foundation receives no funding from either the NHS or any other government body and is entirely supported by charitable donations, fund raising and specific research grants. This is where you come in, I should be very grateful if you would dig deep and sponsor me online.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Pain Relief Foundation will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor me now! ...and many thanks for your support.
